Requests and proposals are saved in the six travel sites’ shared private inbox, managed by Robert Grégoire, the network publisher. Contact details are used only to handle your request manually. Nothing is automatically sent to a provider, charged or added to a mailing list.

Requests, proposals and associated notes are deleted after 90 days at the next submission or administrative review. The form uses a necessary session cookie restricted to /reservations/. Daily HMAC codes derived from the IP address limit abuse; they are removed after two days at the next cleanup. Partner click counters contain no contact information.

An adult must submit the form. For children, give only a count: no names or dates of birth. Do not provide identity documents, medical information or payment details. To request a correction or deletion, use the form with the same email address and mention “correction” or “deletion”; requests are checked manually. Privacy
