Artisans Angkor — Angkor Silk Farm
A separate rural textile destination focused on the stages behind silk cloth.

A different visit from the city workshops
The silk farm is listed by Artisans Angkor on National Road 6 in Puok district. It belongs on an itinerary whose main interest is the production of cloth rather than a quick survey of several crafts. Ask which processes can be observed during the proposed visit, especially if your interest is in a particular stage. A living production cycle should not be treated as a performance that can always show everything at once.
Build the visit around a question
Choose a question about yarn, pattern or finishing and follow it through the explanation. If selecting a scarf or another textile afterwards, ask for information about that actual piece instead of assuming that every item has an identical production history. Keep the maker or workshop label and the care instructions. Allow time for the journey back to Siem Reap before arranging an evening appointment elsewhere.
